Job Title: Boat Detailer (Seasonal – Full-Time/Part-Time)


Wage: $23.00/hour

Join our team for the season and help us deliver top-quality service and craftsmanship on the water! We are currently hiring Boat Detailers to support our operations with full-time and part-time seasonal positions available.

Job Summary:

As a Boat Detailer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of detailing tasks to ensure boats meet both customer expectations and company standards. You will work with a team of professionals dedicated to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and clean boats thoroughly, inside and out

  • Polish and wax gel coat and painted surfaces

  • Operate handheld electric and air tools for product application

  • Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Maintain high-quality standards in every job performed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High integrity and a consistently positive attitude

  • Physically capable of performing the job duties

  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency

  • Reliable work ethic and commitment to excellence

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry up to 100 lbs

  • Work comfortably around water and in various weather conditions

  • Work in tight spaces and at heights of up to 30 feet

  • Perform physical movements such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing, crawling, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching, and grasping

Wage: $23.00/hour


Schedule: Flexible full-time or part-time hours available (seasonal role)
